Scott Hensel is a cartoonist most known for his daily diary comic strip that he started drawing in 2014. The strip follows his mundane and awkward day to day life of work, relationships, conversations, thoughts, and awkwardness.
In addition to diary comics, Scott & his wife Caroline Leigh Smith sell regularly at zine fests, comicons, and art events under their co-brand Percydewd. The Percydewd aesthetic has its roots in punk and skate culture, with a big dose of cute and colorful added in.
In 2018 Scott was voted into a position as Editorial Cartoonist at the Greenville News.
His current project, "A Story of Adventure" follows outlaws Wild Al & Jesse (and friends) through various schemes, skate spots, and jobs.
Scott lives in Greenville, SC. with his 2 cats (Lucy and Percival) and wife Caroline Smith. Check out Caroline's comics here.
